จิตรกรรมเทคนิคผสม ของบุญช่วย เกิดรี ถ่ายทอดเรื่องราวประสบการณ์ของศิลปิน

ในสถานการณ์ต่างๆที่เต็มไปด้วยความแปรเปลี่ยน ศิลปินใช้สัญลักษณ์บันทึกเรื่องราวที่เกิดขึ้นแสดงออกถึงสภาวะ

ภายในที่เงียบงัน ความกังวล บางครั้งก็เป็นความสะเทือนใจจากสิ่งที่คาดเดาได้ยาก ในความเปลี่ยนแปลงของ

ยุคสมัยที่สังคมเต็มไปด้วยความขัดแย้ง ความผันผวนของมนุษย์โลก รวมไปถึงความผันผวนของธรรมชาติ นิทรรศการ

ครั้งนี้ ไม่ได้ต้องการเสียดสี ประเด็นต่างๆทางสังคม แต่เป็นการสะท้อนสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นจริง ให้ผู้คนได้คิดตระหนักถึงความ

แปรเปลี่ยนที่เกิดขึ้นทุกลมหายใจ

บุญช่วย เกิดรี ได้รับรางวัลเกียรตินิยมอันดับ 2 เหรียญเงินในการแสดงศิลปกรรมแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 49 และ รางวัลที่ 2 ธนาคารกรุงไทย จากการแสดงศิลปกรรมแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ 51 เคยฝากผลงานการแสดงเดี่ยวนิทรรศการ “จินตภาพเชิงลบ 2551” ณ หอศิลป์จามจุรี ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งอาจารย์ ประจำสาขา วิชาศิลปะการออกแบบพัสตราภรณ์ คณะ ศิลปกรรมศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัย ธรรมศาสตร์

“In Change”

Art exhibition by Boonchuay Kerdree

22 November – 25 December 2012

Boonchuay Kerdree is an emerging talented artist who has received acclaim for his outstanding works. In this exhibition, he employs mixed media painting to portray his experiences and highlight that ‘change’ always occurs in life. The artist uses symbols to express the condition or the moment of internal quietness. Sometimes it is an unknown sentiment that arises from unexpected circumstances, one that lingers in the sub consciousness and defies elucidation. Today’s modern world is full of conflicting and be wildering changes; mankind is undergoing a metamorphosis, as is Mother Nature and a balance is being sought. The exhibition doesn’t aim to criticize society; it just reflects the reality of change and impermanence that continuously happens in every breath, in every moment.

Boonchuay Kerdree currently teaches at Fine and Applied Arts(Textile, Costume,Garment and Fashion Design)Thammasart University. The artist received a silver medal at the 49th National Exhibition of Art, and received another award from KrungThai Bank in the 51th National Exhibition of Art. He also had a solo exhibition, “ Negative Imagery 2551” at the Jamjuree Art Gallery.
