In this exhibition, he employs mixed media painting to portray his experience s and highlight that ‘change’ always occurs in life. The artist us es symbols to express the condition or the moment of internal quietnes s. Sometimes it is an unknown sentiment that arises from unexpected ci rcumstances, one that lingers in the sub consciousness and defies eluc idation. Today’s modern world is full of conflicting and be wilderin g changes; mankind is undergoing a metamorphosis, as is Mother Nature and a balance is being sought. The exhibition doesn’t aim to critici ze society; it just reflects the reality of change and impermanence th at continuously happens in every breath, in every moment.\nBoonchuay K erdree currently teaches at Fine and Applied Arts(Textile, Costume,Gar ment and Fashion Design)Thammasart University. The artist received a s ilver medal at the 49th National Exhibition of Art, and received anoth er award from KrungThai Bank in the 51th National Exhibition of Art.
