About Thai Cuisine in Japan

1. This first attempt in Japan aims to connect 47 prefectures in Japan with 77 prefectures in Thailand through Thai Cuisine, employing an innovative culinary exchange.
2. Different prefectures and areas are selected each time.
3. Fresh local ingredients from the prefecture are used to prepare for Thai cooking. The intent is to instill greater knowledge of Thai cuisine and regional geography of Japan and Thailand.
4. We host dinner parties serving original Thai recipes periodically in Tokyo.
5. Official supporting sponsorship from the Office of Commercial Affairs, Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo.
6. Supporting sponsorships obtained from multiple businesses associated with Thailand.

The event is scheduled on Sunday, September 30th, at Tokachi-ya, Ginza, Tokyo.

Coming soon - Ehime delights!

I've visited Ehime Prefecture, 1,000 km from Tokyo, to re-confirm all materials used in the next Yum Yam SOUL SOUP KITCHEN event.

It's summer now in Japan. I selected seasonal juicy eggplants and oranges for the main choice.

Of course you'll see lots more Ehime's local products. Now I'm discussing on mouth-watering menus with my staff.…
