Now ready for Shimane prefecture version.
This time we feature Shimane's extraordinary-soft ginger.
The menus are being discussed everyday with our chef, Kanako Hashimoto.
The event is scheduled on Sunday, September 30th, at Tokachi-ya, Ginza, Tokyo.

This is Japan's local beer from Ibaraki prefecture we featured at last event.
I believed it was a very precious kind of beer and difficult to find if we didn't live near the brewery.

I've visited Ehime Prefecture, 1,000 km from Tokyo, to re-confirm all materials used in the next Yum Yam SOUL SOUP KITCHEN event.
It's summer now in Japan. I selected seasonal juicy eggplants and oranges for the main choice.
Of course you'll see lots more Ehime's local products. Now I'm discussing on mouth-watering menus with my staff.…
