I've visited Ehime Prefecture, 1,000 km from Tokyo, to re-confirm all materials used in the next Yum Yam SOUL SOUP KITCHEN event.

It's summer now in Japan. I selected seasonal juicy eggplants and oranges for the main choice.

Of course you'll see lots more Ehime's local products. Now I'm discussing on mouth-watering menus with my staff.
