This project our work start after the contractor finished their piling and in-process of 1st floor structure. The owner wish to give more 'value' to his rental building. It just not only shophouse. there could be something more in the same price of construction. Dsgn35 was got a good chance to re-facade the building without changed building skeleton. As a reason of the building face to the south, The Screen perforated stainless was added in order to protect direct sunrise and heat gain. It's not only practical, but also look 'cool' at night time.
