Professional Info :: 'Why do we need design' The design is to respond the one who require something special or some something unique. Especially Some character define that it you or 'just for you'. Some specific or site condition or very small space or even very affordable budget all need good design practice find out the best solution. In some project no need design means no need for architect aesthetic. Direct to contractor is the way we did.

And Why we need architect and his drawing. Architect is the one who transfer from your imagine dreaming house to be a physical thing touchable and value. His drawing as his tool is used to communicated with contractor. Avoid them do work less than their scope of work (contract). or do out of scope and extra charge later. On the other way drawing is to control budget before built and avoid future mistake on site work.

Architecture & Interior Designer, Space Planning and Project Management are our profession. We do believe that to create a good environmental or a 'wonderful space' needed to pay strong intention and inspiration. In the good atmosphere, it change your life in the good way of happiness, dignity and calmness. Several time 'Design value' can not be estimated or measured by 'How many square-meter or how big to make your house look nice. but its value come from its 'sense of place'.
