The Four Noble Truths, the essence of Buddha’s teaching, are the insight wisdom of mindfulness and contentment. At present, the current of the materialistic civilization with high-speed technology has grown by leaps and bounds. The more civilized we become, the further distance between the noble truth and ourselves we have lived apart. In the “Ariya-sacca: the Four Noble Truths” exhibition with my 59 art pieces, I would like to share a series of my self-reminders and personal anecdotes on Buddhism practice to others.
