Call for Auditions

Classical singers wanted for Thailand’s first pop-opera voice band!

We’re looking for classically trained singers who fit the following:

2 sopranos
2 tenors
1 light baritone

Age: Up to about 35...but please don’t let age stop you from applying!
Looks: Fit & attractive
Should be able to read and learn music independently.
Must be able to communicate in English with production team and musical director.

To audition, please submit the following by 31 July 2010
to Ema :
1. Resume/CV in English with:
a. Name
b. Contact details
c. Date of birth
d. Vocal part (soprano/tenor/baritone)
e. Voice training and performance experience
f. Any other relevant information
2. Recent photograph (head and full-body)
3. Recording of your singing (mp3, YouTube or MySpace). The piece should ideally be from the popera genre (such as: Il Divo, Josh Groban, Kathleen Jenkins), although classical is acceptable. Please let us know if you would like a popera song track, as we can provide you one.
4. Application form. Please contact Eugene to request one.
Auditions will be held 3 & 4 August 2010, from 18.00-22.30 hrs, with call-backs on 4 & 5 August.
