La Lanta is pleased to announce a solo exhibition by a renowned Thai painter and printmaker, Tinnakorn Kasornsuwan in his new series of work, “VILLAGE'S LIFE.”

In VILLAGE'S LIFE exhibition, Tinnakorn continues to bring together different memories from his childhood in rural Thailand. Tinnakorn’s artwork has predominant emphasis on forms found in country living such as farming tools, farm animals, farm products, houses, hay bales, and children toys.

His work presents naive style with nostalgic symbols in reference to his growing up experiences. The composition of simple images is partially codified, depicting contented life in the country and a happy memory for the artist.
