Superhuman: Krit Chantranet
28th Mar – 25th April 2015

As human becomes a product of ideals, whether in perfect personality, appearance, capability or even perfection of living, love and family relationships. However, behind the perfection, which people are dreaming of, maybe there is the fragility as well.
Are human beings complete or incomplete? This is a question Krit Chantranet has spent his lifetime experiences searching for the answer. Therefore, the different aspects of his experiences were presented sarcastically through human-body painting.
If the goals of human life are perfection and success, the society expects us to be something beyond the ordinary (or even supernatural), but the path to perfection maybe just an illusion. Krit shows his unique brushstrokes in painting human flesh and muscles, as if his paintings present the insight of the imperfections or, in other words, the true identity of human.
