...On Time… Is the first Bangkok exhibition of works from artist Justin Phillips. …On Time… is a survey and exploration of time-based drawings and mixed media works. Thailand Drawings were created during the artist’s stay in 2012. This series of drawings investigate drawing as an act of focus and concentration based in rhythmically deciphered and repetitious mark making. In conjunction with the Thailand Drawings, Phillips will exhibit a new series of works which he describes as an aggregate of visualizations which the artist explores balance and how our days connect and blend but are distinguished and separate. …On Time… a look at time in macro and micro, in conjunction and conversation, linear and collective. The challenge of slowing down time in the face of daily demands.
