ทรัพย์มณี เติบโตขึ้นในชุมชนซอยสวนพลู1 ใจกลางกรุงฯที่วุ่นวายเขตสาทร เธอได้ซึมซับบรรยากาศความเป็นชุมชนในซอยแคบ คดเคี้ยว บ้านไม้เก่าเบียดเสียดกันอย่างแออัดแต่ดูเป็นระเบียบ มองเห็นความสลับซับซ้อนของพื้นผิวสังกะสี สีสันต่างๆจากวัสดุเหลือใช้ ก่อให้เกิดลักษณะทางกายภาพที่ถูกสร้างสรรค์จากภูมิปัญญาของชาวชุมชนเพื่อการใช้งานในชีวิตประจำวัน สิ่งเหล่านี้ได้ถูกสร้างสรรค์ผ่านจินตนาการและรูปแบบการใช้สีที่เป็นเอกลักษณ์ หลากหลายด้วยเทคนิคของสีน้ำ สู่ผลงาน ”Dwelling in my mind” การจัดองค์ประกอบของสถานที่เรียกว่า “บ้าน” จากความสงสัยในสิ่งแวดล้อมของเมือง วัฒนธรรม ธรรมชาติที่พบเห็นในชีวิตประจำวัน　ก่อให้เกิดประสบการณ์และมุมมองใหม่อย่างไม่สิ้นสุด

Supmanee grew up in the area known as the Soi Suanplu 1 community which is located around the central business district of Bangkok. She lives in a unique atmosphere of complex space which includes narrow walk ways, historic houses with a dense and crowded populous. There, you will find rusty galvanized iron building materials and also areas that thrive with the colors of recycled materials. The architecture in these areas are very innovative and creative which function well for those using them. Her personal living environment have influenced her to create integrated and entwined color combinations so as to reflect an explosion of unique color imagery that are expressed in her water color paintings. Supmanee uses a combination of water color styles and techniques from the influence of her living environment which created the "Dwelling In My Mind" exhibition. Her painting are habitat compositions of urban environments and are reflective of her culture and every day life in her community. Moreover they are spe
cifically designed to capture her imaginary style reflective of the influence found in Bangkok's endless expressions of changing dwellings and habitats.
