พร้อมการบรรเลงแตรวงประกอบ

ร่วมย้อนรอยกลับไปสู่ธรรมเนียมการบรรเลงแตรวงประกอบภาพยนตร์เงียบของสยาม กับ คณะแตรวงเริงรูปพยนต์ ซึ่งเกิดจากการรวมตัวกันของศิษย์เก่าและศิษย์ปัจจุบันจาก วิทยาลัยดุริยางคศิลป์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่จะมาบรรเลงดนตรีประกอบภาพยนตร์เงียบอเมริกัน พ.ศ.2470 เรื่อง ช้าง (Chang: A Drama of the Wilderness) ที่มาถ่ายทำในสยาม แสดงวิถีของชาวพื้นเมืองในสยามในบ้านป่า ซึ่งต้องผจญกับสัตว์ป่าต่างๆ เพื่อมาฝึกจนเชื่อง

ภาพยนตร์ฉายเพียงรอบเดียวพร้อมบรรเลงแตรวงประกอบเวลา 13.00 น. ณ โรงภาพยนตร์ศรีศาลายา หอภาพยนตร์ องค์การมหาชน ศาลายา ไม่เสียค่าใช้จ่ายในการรับชมรับฟัง

In the past of Thailand or Siam (In that time). When peoples come to the theatre for join the movie show. They have to hear something familiar in thier life. That is the sound of Thai Folk Brass Band. They were know by the symbol of movie show in the silent film era of Siam to play with the movie with Thai traditinal music. Thai Folk Brass Band culture base on the military band of Thai army before this cultutre was spread from the army to peoples. That is the birth of Thai Folk Brass Band culture in Siam.
