BANGKOK UNBALANCED
ถ้าพูดถึงคำว่าปกติของกรุงเทพ คุณคิดว่าคืออะไร มันยากที่จะอธิบายเพราะรอบๆ ตัวเราในเมืองนี้มันเต็มไปด้วยความแตกต่างกันอย่างสิ้นเชิง ไม่ว่าจะเป็นความเจริญทางวัตถุแต่ผู้คนยังยึดถือบูชาสิ่งศักดิ์สิทธิ์, คนร่ำรวยผู้มีทุกอย่างที่เค้าต้องการกับคนโชคร้ายที่ต้องดิ้นรนหาทางรอดไปวันๆ, ที่อยู่อาศัยบนตึกระฟ้ากับสลัมแออัด, รถไฟฟ้าที่พาเราไปถึงจุดหมายอย่างรวดเร็วกับทางเดินเท้าที่แม้แต่จะเดินธรรมดายังยาก, คนที่เต็มไปด้วยกิเลสกับคนที่ตัดทางโลกแล้วทุกสิ่งอย่าง, คนที่ตัดสินคนอื่นและหาพวกมาสนับสนุนกับคนที่ปล่อยวางไม่สนใจอะไรจะเกิดขึ้น และความแตกต่างอีกมากมายในเมืองเหล่านี้มันทำให้กรุงเทพไม่เหมือนใครและไม่มีใครเหมือน

BANGKOK UNBALANCED
It’s hard to classify what is ‘normal’ in Bangkok, where the equilibrium lies in a city filled with eccentricities and jarring contrasts. A giddying juxtaposition of religion and consumerism, elites and unfortunates, luxury condominiums and slums, skytrains and broken walkways, hedonism and abstinence, political polarisation and utter indifference. A clusterfuck of cultures and ideologies, a stimulation overload for the uninitiated, but this is all what makes Bangkok unique...Bangkok Unbalanced.

For this show four artists with a background in street art and graffiti we will be visually showing how some things work and some things don't in our amazing city of Bangkok.
