บูชาครู (Appropriation) นิทรรศการที่ณเรศ จึง ให้ความหมายถึงการหยิบยืมงานศิลปะของศิลปินระดับโลก ไม่ว่าจะเป็นมิเกลันเจโล ปิกัสโซ แวนโกะห์ คาห์โล และดาลี ฯลฯ มาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการสร้างสรรค์ศิลปะส่วนตัวเพื่อแสดงความนับถือต่อศิลปินผู้สร้างภาพต้นแบบ แม้ชื่อนิทรรศการจะเป็นแบบไทยที่ดูเรียบง่ายแต่ในทางตรงข้ามผลงานของเขากลับมีเส้นสีที่ปาดป้ายอย่างทรงพลังด้วยการระบายอารมณ์แต่ละชั่วขณะอย่างเต็มที่ ผลงานชุดนี้จึงควรค่าแก่การปะทะกันอย่างซึ่งหน้ามากกว่ารับชมผ่านหน้ากระดาษหรือสื่อออนไลน์
ผลงานชุดนี้จัดแสดงเพียงครึ่งจากจำนวนรวมกว่า 20 ชิ้น โดยชิ้นที่ไม่ได้รับเลือกจัดแสดงซ้ำเนื่องจากเคยนำไปร่วมแสดงและแสดงเป็นครั้งคราวในงานต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2559 - ต้นปี พ.ศ. 2560 นิทรรศการครั้งนี้จึงจัดเป็นส่วนที่สองของชุดบูชาครู (Appropriation)

‘Appropriation’ as Jung defines it the use of objects in existing works of world renowned artists such as Michael Angelo, Vincent Van Gogh, Frida Kahlo, Salvador Dali and etc. as mixing part in his paintings in order to express his personal admiration he has for them. On the contrary of ‘Bu Cha Kru’ as its meaning sounds humbling and peaceful, his powerful brush strokes and vivid colors reflect his state of mind at that moment.
It is highly recommended that audiences make a proper visit at exhibition to appreciate and interact with the actual artworks rather than viewing through media. ’Appropriation’ exhibition consists of selected paintings from the full series in which the rest are pieces that have already been shown to the eyes of public through out recent year.
