นักมองจันทร์ เป็นชื่อของมนุษย์วานร ในหนังสือเล่มหนึ่ง ของวินทร์ เลียววาริณ แต่เราไม่รู้อะไรมากเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้หรอก แค่สะดุดใจกับชื่อนี้มากกว่า อันที่จริง เห็นจากชื่อเอ็มเอสเอ็นของรุ่นน้องคนนึง แล้วเกิดมีคำถามกับชื่อนี้ขึ้นมาว่า ไอ นักมองจันทร์ มันฟังดูเหมือนอาชีพๆ หนึ่ง สำหรับเราๆ ว่า นักมองจันทร์นั้นอาจจะเป็นบุคคลที่ นั่งมองดวงจันทร์ ที่ซึ่งเป็น สิ่งที่มนุษย์นับถือมาแต่อดีต ดวงจันทร์ อาจเปรียบเสมือนสิ่งเลอค่า สูง และสวยงาม เป็นความงามยามราตรี มนุษย์นั้นมีฝัน เราต่างมองความฝัน เพื่อที่จะได้ความฝันนั้นมา ดวงจัันทร์ที่ว่าอาจเป็นความฝันที่ใครๆก็อยากได้มาครอบครอง แต่ความสำเร็จ ของการได้มา มันอยู่ที่ว่า เมื่อมีหลายๆ คนที่มอง ดวงจันทร์(หรือความฝัน) จะมีสักกี่คนที่ไม่ได้คิดแค่เฝ้ามอง แต่คิดว่า 'ทำอย่างไร' ที่จะได้มา?......ระยะทางไม่ได้บอกว่าเป็นไปไม่ได้
