We are in the middle of rainy season in Japan. It rains all day here and we need some refreshing menu to energize us for tomorrow.

This is "ham wrapped melon" a simple menu apprecited for Hors d'oeuvre, using Ibaraki's fresh pork and juicy melon. It was welcomed as warm up menu for coming spicy & hot Yumyam's Thai dishes.
