โครงการ Creative Catalyst
บริติช เคานซิลร่วมกับสำนักงานศูนย์สร้างสรรค์งานออกแบบ และเทศกาลออกแบบบางกอก ขอเชิญทุกท่านร่วมพบปะกับเครือข่ายผู้ประกอบการงานออกแบบเชิงสร้างสรรค์จากประเทศไทย สหราชอาณาจักร และประเทศอื่นๆในเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นเวทีกลางแลกเปลี่ยนแนวคิด แรงบันดาลใจ ผ่านการร่วมมือระหว่างกัน ตลอดจนเสริมสร้างพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจ

The British Council in partnership with the Thailand Creative and Design Centre, and the Bangkok Design Festival organise a networking event that brings together creative entrepreneurs from Thailand, UK and East Asian countries. The purpose of the network is to create a platform for individuals to inspire, share knowledge through collaboration, and encourage business to business partnerships.

08:00 depart from hotel

10:30 arrive in Korakot Studio in Petchburi Korakot Aromdee is a product of his surroundings. His art pairs one of his home town's most abundant resources with the art of kite-flying. In creating his large scale sculptures and hanging lighting, he employs the "tie and knot" technique from kite construction, which he learned from his grandfather. He uses only bamboo. He also supports them by employing teams of up to 30 locals to build the actual work. Each piece takes approximately 7-10 days to produce & use on average 400 pieces of bamboo. http://www.korakot.net

13:00 depart for Rajburi

14:00 arrive in Tao Hong Tai, Ceramics Factory A family owned and operated for over 60 years and is one of the oldest ceramic factories in Ratchaburi. The factory has the capability to produce just about any ceramic of almost any size that the customer could want both domestic and for export. Presently one of the third generation of Tao Hong Tai, Wasinburee who studied ceramics in Germany for many years has moved the family business up to another level by demonstrates his artistic talents in producing modern design ceramics which rival those of famous artists throughout the world. http://www.taohongtai.com
