This is a local designer 'Bags ka Shoes'. I've been a customer and doing business with them for years. The owner name khun 'Pui'. She actually takes care all customers herself. When I was in Bangkok and visited her shop I would feel like getting advise from my girlfriend instead of feeling doing business. This shop has almost everything you look for; clothes, dress, bags, shoes, accessories with reasonable price. Since I left Bangkok I am not sure she now has more branches or not but you should definitely visit this shop which located in Maleenont Building (TV3 Building), underground floor, Rama IV Rd.
