Pop-up Plan หรืองานวิศวกรรมกระดาษ 3 มิติ เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโปรเจ็กต์ “Active Play ออกมาเล่น 60 นาทีทุกวัน”  โดย สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ  (สสส.)  หรือ Thaihealth มี 2 ดีไซน์ด้วยกัน
