The people in this town call her Oppung Sahabat. In the Batak language, Oppung means grandmother or grandfather. First I saw the picture of this old lady in 2008, when I was filling gasoline at a petrol station at the town of Balige. And there was Toba Photographer Club logo and the picture of oppung Sahabat as the icon in a sign board. There was also an art house owned by Sebastian Hutabarat which now has become my friend
And I never imagine that dream will ever come true! when I visited again in last 2009, I've met her and I wouldn't wasting time, I took my camera and capture her face with my Micro lens Nikkor 105mm. I love this portrait !
