Today i stand by trauma room .
approximately 16.00 has birth before arrival in taxi.
i outside to cut umbilical cord.
but i saw veryvery tiny male neonate.
first it no pulse and no breathing.
i start chest compress and ventilate support.
but it to very tiny to assist breathing.
further pediatrician has come.
Pediatrician make decision to insert endotracheal tube.
and administrate adrenaline 0.5 ml via endotracheal tube.
but no repond to drug , it continue to have slow heart rate.

i think if it survival , it's very very marvellous

because finally my pediatric neonatal fellowhad come.
and decision to stop CPR.
because although it can survive now, but it has very poor prognosis.

Birth Weight ----> 371 g Wowww. Oh my god
