ตั้งแต่ปี 2538 art4d ได้เข้าร่วมการออกบูธภายในงานสถาปนิกเป็นประจำทุกปี และได้เชื้อเชิญสถาปนิกมืออาชีพเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมกับกิจกรรมต่างๆภายในพื้นที่ที่ถูกออกแบบขึ้นมาโดยเฉพาะด้วยความเชื่อที่ว่าสถาปนิกทำอะไรได้มากกว่าการออกแบบงานสถาปัตยกรรม จากแนวคิดดังกล่าว ทำให้เราได้มีโอกาสเห็นสถาปนิกนับสิบนับร้อยมาร่วมกันออกแบบเสื้อผ้า เก้าอี้ ของใช้ในบ้าน บันได หรือแม้แต่ขนมปัง โดยกิจกรรมเหล่านั้นล้วนเกิดขึ้นภายในพื้นที่บูธ ซึ่งออกแบบขึ้นมาเป็นการเฉพาะ และมีบรรยากาศของความเป็นชุมชนสร้างสรรค์ ภายใต้การทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างสถาปนิกรับเชิญในแต่ละปีกับทีมงานของart4d 

สำหรับปีนี้ art4d อยากจะเปิดพื้นที่บูธของเราให้เป็นเวทีแสดงออกทางความคิดแห่งใหม่ โดยขอเชิญสถาปนิก นักออกแบบ นักศึกษา บุคคลทั่วไป ไม่จำกัดสัญชาติ และมีอายุไม่เกิน 30 ปีร่วมประกวดการออกแบบบูธของ art4d ภายในงานสถาปนิก’55 บนพื้นที่ขนาด 54 ตารางเมตร (6เมตรX9เมตร) ภายใต้แนวความคิด “RE -” (แล้วแต่การตีความของแต่ละคน) ของอาคารแชลเลนเจอร์ เมืองทองธานี โดยมีความต้องการด้านการใช้งานซึ่งประกอบด้วย พื้นที่ดิสเพลย์นิตยสารและหนังสือ มุมกาแฟ แคชเชียร์ พื้นที่จัดเก็บหนังสือ และอื่นๆตามความเหมาะสม แบบที่ได้รับคัดเลือกจะถูกนำไปสร้างจริงในงานสถาปนิก’55 ในเดือนเมษายน โดยทำงานร่วมกับ art4d พร้อมรับเงินรางวัล 30,000 บาท 

รายละเอียดการสมัครประกวด
- ผู้สมัครได้แก่ สถาปนิก นักออกแบบ นักศึกษา บุคคลทั่วไป ต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 30 ปี
- ไม่จำกัดสัญชาติ
- สามารถสมัครเดี่ยว หรือเป็นทีมโดยไม่จำกัดจำนวนคน
- ผลงานการออกแบบต้องอยู่ในงบประมาณการสร้างจริงโดยประมาณ 100,000 บาท
- ขยายเวลารับผลงานถึงวันที่ 29 มีนาคม เวลา 18.00น.

Since 1995, art4d has been a regular participant at the annual Architect Expo. Each year, we invite professional architects to get involved in various activities with the conviction that architects are able to fashion more than just architecture. And, we have had the opportunity to witness hundreds of architects come together to design clothing, chairs, products, ladders, and even bread - all from within the confines of our booth which is specially designed each time. Our booth has acquired the character of a creative community as a result of the spirited collaboration between invited architects and the art4d team.

This year, we will be turning our booth into a platform of ideas by giving a chance to architects, designers, students, and the general public, who are under 30 years of age, to send in design proposals for our booth at the Architect'12 Expo. The theme of the competition is 'Re-'. The event will be held within the Challenger Halls at Impact Muang Thong Thani, where our booth will take up an area of 54 sq.m. (6 x 9 meters). The basic requirement consists of magazine and book displays, a cafe, cashier point, book storage area, in addition to any other appropriate functions. The winner will be working together with art4d to realize the design for the booth.

Conditions for entry:
- Applicants can be architects, designers, students or anyone from the general public who are no more than 30 years of age.
- All nationalities are welcome.
- You can apply individually or in groups.
- Construction cost must not exceed 100,000 THB.
- Deadline is extended to 6 pm, 29.03.2012
