CINEPOSIBLE INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL 

The fifth edition of the Cineposible International Film Festival finds again solid foundations in the 8 Millennium Goals that the United Nations established in the year 2000. Special attention will be paid to those films that are related to the 2nd Goal: Achieve universal primary education

2 - Achieve universal primary education 
3 - Promote gender equality and empower women 
4 - Reduce child mortality 
5 - Improve maternal health 
6 - Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases 
7 - Ensure environmental sustainability 
8 - Develop a global partnership for development 

หัวข้อหนังที่ให้ความสนใจ 1.หนังที่สะท้อนภาพอดยากหิวโหย 2.ปัญหาด้านการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน 3.ความเท่าเทียมกันทางเพศและสิทธิสตรี 4.การเลี้ยงดูเด็ก 5.ปัญหาเรื่องสุขภาพ 6.เรื่องของเอดส์,มาราเลีย และโรคร้ายอื่นๆ อีกสองหัวข้อไม่แน่ใจว่าอะไร 

Reception deadline: December 31st 2010 (packages arriving later will NOT be considered, regardless of postmark) 
Registration fee: no fee 

กำหนดเส้นตายการรับผลงาน 31 ธันวา 2553

Requirements: 
1) Films completed after: January 2009 
2) Maximum Running Time: 30 minutes 
3) Theme or subject directly related to one of the 8 Millennium Goals 
4) Country of production: films shot and/or produced in Southern countries* 
5) Screening format: DVD PAL 
6) Genres accepted: fiction, documentary, animation 
7) The works made in languages different to Spanish must include Spanish or English subtitles. In those cases, it is also compulsory to attach a spotted dialogue list in Spanish or English. If the language is English, it is compulsory to attach a spotted dialogue list in English. [See guide at www.cineposible.es/subt.pdf] 

All selected works will get the amount of 600,00 €. 

เงื่อนไขกติกา 
1.หนังที่เสร็จหลังเดือนมกราคม 2552 
2.ความยาวจะต้องไม่เกิน 30 นาที 
3.ธีมของหนังจะต้องเกี่ยวข้องกับประเด็นแปดข้อข้างบน 
4.รับผลงานจากประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนา 
5.รูปแบบที่รับจัดฉาย ดีวีดีพาว 
6. รับงานทุกแนวไม่ว่าจะหนังเล่าเรื่อง,สารคดี หรือการ์ตูน 
7. หนังที่ไม่ได้พูดภาษาสเปนจะต้องใส่ซับภาษาสเปนหรืออังกฤษ 

*Films produced entirely in Europe (enlarged), USA, Canada, Japan or Australia are not eligible for this competition.
