Registration fee: no fee 
ไม่เสียค่าสมัครแต่ประการใด 

Restriction: only one film per director is accepted! 
ผู้กำกับหนังหนึ่งคนสามารถส่งหนังสั้นได้เพียงเรื่องเดียวเท่านั้น 

Requirements: 
1) Film completed after: January 1st 2009 
2) Maximum running time: 30 minutes 
3) Country of production: all countries (except Germany) 
4) Screening format: 35mm, Digital Betacam PAL, Betacam SP PAL 
5) Genres accepted: fiction, documentary, animation, experimental 
6) Preview formats: DVD 

เงื่อนไขกติกา 
1.หนังจะต้องเสร็จหลังจากวันที่ 1 มกราคม 2552 
2.ความยาวจะต้องไม่เกิน 30 นาที 
3.รับผลงานจากทุกประเทศยกเว้นเยอรมัน 
4.รูปแบบที่รับฉาย ฟิล์ม 33 มม. ดิจิเบต้าแคม พาว และ เบต้า เอสพี พาว 
5.แนวของหนังที่รับ หนังเล่าเรื่องปรกติ,สารคดี,อนิเมชั่น และหนังทดลอง 
6.ส่งหนังมาให้คัดเลือกในรูปแบบดีวีดีก่อน 

Awards: 
Bavarian Television Short Film Prize (festival main prize, best film, International Jury, EUR 5.000) 
Short Film Prize of the City of Regensburg (Jury of the Young, EUR 1.000) 
Prize of the Kinokneipe (best rated film in the International or German Competition, EUR 333) 

รางวัลสูงสุดจะมีมูลค่าประมาณ 5 พันยูโร (เงินไทยต้องเอาประมาณ 40 คูณ)
