Submission deadline: January 15th, 2011 
หมดเขตสมัคร 15 มกราคม 2554 
Entry fee: none ไม่เสียค่าสมัคร 

Requirements: 
1) Films previously submitted to the festival cannot be submitted again 
2) Maximum running time: 30 minutes 
3) Country of production: all countries (except Belgium) 
4) Screening format: 35 mm, Digital Betacam Pal 
5) Films completed after: November 1, 2009 
6) Accepted genres: fiction, animation 


เงื่อนไขกติกา 
1.หนังที่เคยสมัครส่งมาแล้ว ณ เทศกาลนี้เมื่อปีก่อน ไม่สามารถสมัครได้อีก 
2.ความยาวไม่เกิน 30 นาที 
4.รูปแบบที่รับฉาย – ฟิล์ม 35 มม. เทปดิจิเบต้าแคม พาว 
5.หนังจะต้องเสร็จหลังจากวันที่ 1 พฤศจิกายน 2552 
6. รับหนังเล่าเรื่องปรกติและอนิเมชั่น 


IMPORTANT: Films entered to any competition will automatically be indexed in the market catalogue and viewable by professionals attending this market. 
เรื่องที่ต้องรู้ไว้ : หนังทุกเรื่องที่สมัครเข้ามาประกวดทุกสาย จะเข้าสู่ตลาดหนังสั้นโดยอัตโนมัติ และจะได้รับการชมจากผู้ชำนาญการและผู้สนใจที่มาเข้าร่วมในตลาดหนังสั้น
