            สำนักงานศิลปวัฒนธรรมร่วมสมัย สถานเอกอัครราชฑูต ณ กรุงปารีส และ บริษัท P.S.J. Energy Save จำกัด ร่วมกันจัดนิทรรศการ “เสียงของกาละ เวลา: กรอบชีวิต วิญญาณกระดาษ” โดยสุปรีชา นาครัตน์ ศิลปินไทยจากต่างแดนผู้มากความสามารถ สร้างสรรค์ศิลปะในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ ด้วยการนำเสนอผลงานภาพเขียนและภาพพิมพ์บนกระดาษ

            นิทรรศการจัดแสดงระหว่างวันที่ 2 – 30 กันยายน 2553 ณ หอศิลป์สมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ

            หลังจากที่จบการศึกษาด้านศิลปะ สุปรีชา นาครัตน์ มีโอกาสจัดแสดงผลงานภาพเขียน ในกรุงเทพฯ 2- 3 ครั้ง ก่อนที่จะเดินทางท่องเที่ยวผจญภัยในหลายประเทศ อาทิ อเมริกา อังกฤษ เยอรมัน เดนมาร์ค และฝรั่งเศส จนกระทั่งความบังเอิญทำให้เขาได้พบโรงเรียนศิลปะแห่งหนึ่งทางตอนใต้ของฝรั่งเศส ที่เป็นโรงเรียนศิลปะพิเศษ ด้านเผาไฟ (Arts du Feu) ซึ่งสุปรีชาใช้เวลาเรียนราว 1 ปี จบการศึกษาได้ไปเป็นครูสอนศิลปะด้านเผาไฟในโรงเรียนสอนศิลปะอื่นอีก 2 - 3 แห่งในเวลาต่อมา

            การสร้างสรรค์งานศิลปะของสุปรีชา เป็นไปอย่างไม่มีที่สิ้นสุด โดยตั้งแต่ปี 2523 เขาเคยจัดแสดง ผลงานทั้งที่หอศิลป์ฝรั่งเศสและตามเมืองต่างๆที่ได้เชิญมา นิทรรศการครั้งนี้ สุปรีชาได้สร้างสรรค์ผลงานชุดใหม่ เพื่อให้คนไทยที่รักศิลปะได้ชื่มชมผลงานและประสบการณ์ที่มีความแตกต่างทางด้านวัฒนธรรม นำเสนอเรื่องราวเกี่ยวข้องกับชีวิตทุกชีวิต ผลงานกว่า 40 ชิ้น ประกอบด้วยผลงาน 3 ส่วน คือ

            - กรอบชีวิต บอกเล่าถึงการกำหนดกรอบของสถานที่ ช่วงเวลา และผู้สนทนา ในแต่ละสถานการณ์ ซึ่งสะท้อนถึงสิ่งแวดล้อมกับชีวิตตั้งแต่เกิดจนโต โดยอาศัยกรอบรูปซึ่งเป็นสื่อนำความคิดกับผู้ชม การเผากรอบเป็นความหมายของการสิ้นสุดรูปทรง
            - ผีเสื้อ มีความหมายคือ วิญญาญที่สลัดทิ้งทั้งกายและกรอบชีวิต อันเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงรูปร่างแปรผันไปในทางที่เจริญหรือสูงขึ้น
            - กระดาษกับความลึกลับ ใช้เป็นสื่อที่ทำให้เกิดญาณการรับรู้ที่เกิดขึ้นกับจิต

          The Office of Contemporary Art, Ministry of Culture, The Royal Thai Embassy in Paris and   P.S.J. Energy Save Co.Ltd. jointly present an Exhibition of constructing paintings and printings on paper, entitled “Les voix du temps: carde de vie, esprit de papier” by Supreecha Nakarat to be on view from 2 - 30 September 2010 at The Queen’s Gallery.

           After his graduation from art school, Bangkok, Supreecha Nakarat exhibited his works only 2-3 times before leaving for an adventurous voyage in various countries, e.g. U.S.A., United Kingdom, Denmark, Germany, France. He accidentally found an Art School in the southern of France.  There he learnt the special art method of firing (Art du Feu) for about a year and graduated France national diploma, then became himself a teacher of this art in 2-3 art schools afterwards.

            Supreecha’s art creation never ends.  Since 1980, he had exhibited his art works in various French galleries, as well as in other hosting countries.  Lately, Supreecha has been creating a new art series and will present them to his Thai audience to appreciate his works and experience, which represent the difference between the two cultures.  This solo exhibition is a story relating to all human beings comprising three life sections :

-                   Frame of Life : narrating the location, the period of time and the dialogue between persons in each situation, to represent a whole life environment, from birth until grown-up, thru the Frame of Life, using the art method of firing to guide the viewers’ thinking. Burning frame represents the end of lifetime.

-                   Butterfly :  meaning the spirit leaving the body and the frame of life, which is  a symbolic form changing towards a more civilized or higher places.

-                   Papiers Secrets : using  a medium to create the wisdom knowledge of the mind.

            The exhibition “Les voix du temps” by Supricha Nakarat is presenting more than 40 pieces of  art. The official opening presided over by M.R. Thepkamol Devakul, is taking place on Thursday, September 2, 2010 at 6 p.m. at The Queen’s Gallery, Rajdamnern Klang Avenue, Bangkok.
