· Excellent command of the English language and the ability to articulate key insights with clarity and confidence
· A relentless strategic thought process which drives you to question every decision and assumption

· A recognition and appreciation of the power of adopting a digital first approach in storytelling
· A fascination and flair for deconstructing a brand down to its DNA
· An intimate understanding of the customer journey in a digital world
· Ability to work as part of a team and lead group brainstorms
· The ability and confidence to present (and sell) your ideas – both internally and to clients
· A spark for creativity and an eye for aesthetics and design
· Fluency in Google Analytics and other social/digital insights platforms
· Experience in dealing with CRM/EDM programmes and software
