Based on a famous Japanese novel by Kaminaga Manabu, The Anomaly Case of Maekah tells a story about a college student named MAEKAH. He was born with different eyes' colors and the special ability to see ghosts and spirits

Worries by her cousin's mysterious sickness caused by ghost attacks, JANE desperately searches for help. After recommended by her senior about MAEKAH's speacial ability, she rushes to him for his favor. Being asked to help by JANE, they begin the investigation together. As they found more and more clues, they begin to realize that this case is not only the matter of ghost alone
