As well all know, the Sop opera has always stood side-to-side to the Thai culture and is the most popular choice of Television program for the Thai people. As the matter-of-fact, one of the most well known shows ever been in the Thai history is without a doubt, “Ban-Sai-Tong”. Some old Sop stories are being replayed on TV and still can achieve people’s high rating. This only proves that the Thai Sop opera can effectively run in a repetitive fashion.
I have made this Video to represent the repetition of the Thai Sop opera just like ones shown on Television. I started by capturing the show on the television by a camera then use the video to play it back on the television. The process of capturing and playing are to be repeated over and over again in this video final work.
