I was asked many times for this illustration. I had no lie for what I did it. Many asked me more for hair illustration and heard they like that part so much. I did and make thiner at hair lines and Wrap Tool for wavy hair style especially at the hair around ear. I used Guassian Blur mostly in Illustrator to get more realistic at make up effect and some other photo realistic effects.
