RESEARCH

• The Development of Community Scenery in Response to the theme of“Conservation Tourism”

A Case Study in Kok-Kate Village Plaipongpang District , Samutsongkram Province
This research covered the study of basic information and general physical aspect of this community. Then, the analysis was also done on the chances and limitations of development to include economic , social and tourism by using data gathered from the field surveys.

The research found that tourism resources in the community were composed of 185 traditional Thai houses , fruit farms and canal that serve as a main communication line in the community. At present, the management of tourist activities are faced by problems about staff and basic facilities. These are considered as a main hindrance in encouraging tourists to spend more time in the community. As a result , the community needs to create activities related to the local people way of life and links to other tourist sites nearby in order to increase community's income.
In the administration aspect , the community therefore should set up a tourism administrating team that will set community goals in order to serve tourists associated with objectives of eco - tourism , policy and other related projects. The method mentioned above can use public hearing as an information tool and the results be summarized for achieve sustainable development.
The researcher has presented the landscape design and scenic drafts of each area for the community to serve eco-tourism . These drafts are the guidelines for community development and will meet the researcher's objectives.
Architecture is a media which clearly reflect the art, culture, civilization and living conditions of mankind. With the ever-changing conditions and depletion of natural resources, efforts have been made for the implementation of cultural projects - projects that investigate ways to maximize the conditions of the environment, newer applications of raw materials and harnessing other power resources for the comfort of man..
Waste water are destroying the environment. This project should reduce pollutants and recycle energy as well.

• Architecture in the Future

"The Architectural Concept”
There are three main concepts in this project: Energy, Environment and Advanced Technology.
Energy: Today we are aware of our enormous reliance on non-renewable energy and recognize that it is a depleting resource. Mankind must increase his wise use of it and discover new methods of employing new resources. The use of natural, renewable, energy as power must be pursued. vEnvironment: Each day the environment becomes more polluted through industry and our civilization. Product production and products themselves such as plastics, foam, dust, smoke and
Advanced Technology: Presently, technology is advancing at an ever increasing rate. It has become more and more a part of our everyday lives. It would be helpful if we could use the power and ability of the computer to control our sheltered environment.
The Concept: The best architectural solutions are those that respond to and are in harmony with the environment. Although the environment and the climatic conditions are changing constantly, most shelter structures around the world are still stable and unresponsive. Structures should be able to adjust to environmental changes. As the sun moves from east to west, the environmental conditions of structures change with every degree of movement of the sun's heat and light.
Firstly, the "movable" roof of this project can move into position to protect the "shelter" from strong sunshine, thus reducing the heat generated by the sun. The "moveable" roof will be 3 meters above the shelter and provide cooling shade.
Secondly, because the roof and the shelter are completely independent of each other, the prevailing breezes will ventilate and remove existing heat from the shelter, again providing cooling to the shelter.
Thirdly, by using computer controlled solar collector cells on the "moveable" roof to collect and store the sun's energy, Vataliaum batteries will be used to provide power to the shelter.
Fourthly, after sun set when the solar cells can no longer collect energy, the "moveable" roof will be stored in a pocket, again providing natural cooling during the night and also providing interior night views of the sky and surroundings for the residents.
General : The moveable roof will be positioned by high tech sensors and computer controlled movements, but mechanical balancing will be achieved through the employment of natural fluid loads, again to conserve energy. Although to technology to operate this project already exists, refinements of
design by a specific team of experts will be required.
Remarks : This project is not specific to any particular shelter, structure or geographic location. Rather, it is meant to demonstrate the conceptual idea that almost all structures can be made adaptable to their specific environmental needs and through the use of energy conservation and advanced technology, improved shelters in the future are not only possible, but highly practicable.

• KRAMS PROJECT
An Integrated Master Plan for Sustainable Community Development to address the Periodic Flooding
While the agricultural area than 10,301,830 acres losses 81,095 million, and not clear answer to their agricultural sector is, however, the over 11,325,182 people will have to adapt how to fit the environment to the gap between the farmers and people in the city and the region's economies have become more and more space at the edge of social issues, sequins should encourage the government and relevant agencies are aware of.
We, as the nation's leading educational institutions have a role to help guide the society through leadership in combination with educational institutions in the local area to find the solution, integrated and sustainable. Villagers will have to adapt agriculture to residential and public infrastructure to suit the environment in the future and looking for ways to solve problems quickly by another 8-9 months. Forward to the rainy season, flood water is flowing into the sector again.
Our research team work together with the community to operation proposed guidelines to improve the existing infrastructure and to develop a master plan for the community and the environment.
Our goal is to familiarize participants with the local people and community leaders to push for local government to create local legislation to establish risk areas and prohibit construction of permanent buildings for the development direction to approach to community involvement in the widespread opinion and to point out the importance of self-reliance.
