We are looking for

Account Executive / Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities :-

• Develop and maintain good relationships with designated clients and act as point of contact between them and the art team to ensure smooth, clear communication.
• Take responsibility for managing client projects. Devise clear briefs and timelines and with the creative team, ensure an effective management for the project budget.
• Ensure clear and regular communication between design and publishing team and marketing and promotions. Be willing to assist other sectors, of the business when required.
• Support the Operations Manager to ensure smooth handling of quotations and invoicing and assist in following up on delayed payments.
• In association with Executive Director, generate revenue from selling advertising pages including new business and arrange meetings with potential clients.
• Other duties assigned by the Executive Director.

Qualifications :-

• Female or male, age between 25-35 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, advertising, mass communication or others related fields
• 1-2 years experience in sales and account management
• Good verbal and written communication skills for both Thai and English
• Good knowledge of MS-Office, Word, Photoshop and Power Point
• Energetic, well-organized, initiative and able to work under pressure
• Self-motivated, ambitious and well organized with strong interpersonal skill
• Creativity and pleasant personality
• Computer literacy
