Looking for a Creative Director to help the Regional Lifestyle Marketing Team to Help Visually Represent our Company’s Identity Online. 

Job description     :

  • Creative Director must have a Women’s Flair, Focus and Style, Chic that is best suited towards our Brand and Company. 
  • 3 - 5 Years experiences and past experience working with Female Centric Lifestyle Brands [Cosmetics, Fashion, Services].
  • Development of high-level concepts for design and creative projects as well as the supervision and know-how of how to supervise, train, or execute as needed.  Manage team and third parties.

Responsibilities     :

  • Lead creative sessions for project kick-offs
  • Manage multiple projects from concept through completion
  • Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy
  • Establish creative direction for the entire line of online and offline services and programs
  • Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners; generate multiple concepts for a campaign or project
  • Work with the team, strategy team, graphics team and copywriters to develop concepts and present to management
  • Work with team to create vision, pitch ideas and work with team to create key visuals.
  • Work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals
  • Manage team members/ People Oriented/ Training Oriented
  • Provide quality control over concepts and projects

 

Required Skills      :

  • Undergraduate degree in Fine Arts or related field or equivalent visual design and management experience required; graduate degree preferred
  • At least 3-5 years management experience working with advertising/ creative concept/ design fields [preferred with large-scale web sites, e-marketing]
  • Oversees creative consultations with account teams to assure appropriate creative strategies, adequacy/accuracy of input, schedules, budgets, production support, necessary reviews, and presentations.
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web; and have the ability to storyboard or translate ideas to designers and develop innovative visuals and/ motion graphics solutions; preferred Flash
  • A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
  • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns
  • Ability to lead projects from concept to completion. Apply best practices in user interface and interactive design, including image optimization and site mapping
  • Ability to make evaluative judgments
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments
  • Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign & Flash
  • Experience with Adobe After Effects & video editing (a plus) needed for this position
  • Preferred: Knowledge of HTML, DHTML CSS, Actionscript & Drupal
  • Must be Thai and speak English
