Job Description:

We’re looking for a creative Web/Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our team. Your main responsibility will be user interface & graphic design for our multi platform iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone mobile application.

You will be working together with our Web Application Programmer and Online Marketing team to come up with great ideas. We will expect you to produce well thought out flows and wireframes, follow them with stunning comps and see your designs through to completion in close collaboration with our technology team.

• Deliver wireframes, mockups and prototypes

• Prototype rich interactions with multiple states and roles

• Design information architectures and workflows

• Copywriting and content creation in conjunction with the Marketing team

• Conduct user testing and report the outcomes

• Create and implement style guides and standards

• Design consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple devices

• Help lead company design initiatives

Required Experience/Skill Set:

• Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for application design

• Strong foundation in visual design principles (typography, layout, color, etc.)

• Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite

• Thorough understanding of grid-based layouts and UI frameworks

• Experience with mobile applications

Desired Experience/Skill Sets:

• Understanding of HTML, CSS and current technology capabilities

• Javascript (including jQuery) or other web development languages

• HTML/CSS (including Skeleton, Golden Grid System (GGS), Responsive Grid System, HTML5 Boilerplate, Bootstrap, 960.gs, 978.gs) name your skills

• Understanding of cloud-based application development processes

Preferred Education, Training, Experience or Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Design, Visual Communication Design, Industrial Design, Communications, Fine Arts or related area
