[ Job ] Stryker Design is looking for Web/Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

To collaborate with a team of designers and web professionals and to report to the Senior designer/Art Director on design direction and goals.
To keep up to date on current and upcoming design trends both online and offline.
Keep accurate Job & Time records, attend regular update meetings, support active communication & accurate administration.
Undertake updates to all company websites using a content management system.
Undertake updates to company social media assets.
Liaise with internal stakeholders as well as external agencies and printers
To maintain a high-standard of design across varied projects.
Ensure confidentiality and security of Intellectual Property is seriously maintained
To aid in the creation of company branding and corporate guidelines.
To seek excellence and innovation to exceed client expectations.
Meet objectives and deadlines with a passionate dedication.

Skills and Qualifications

2-5 years experience in designing online and offline projects. Will consider Junior experienced depending on talent and portfolio.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly PhotoShop/ illustrator/ flash/ indesign).
Worked within Mac Pro and / or PC environments
Proficient in the use of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel) an advantage
Basic photography skills an advantage
Experience working cohesively within a creative team of designers and web professionals.
Good knowledge of how social media is integrated into web-design. Have a keen interest in the digital space and understanding of social media sites and trends.
Has had some exposure to a Content Management Systems (CMS).
Excellent time management skills. Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations around deadlines.
English speaking / reading / writing skills is a must.
A motivated and proactive attitude.
Clean and aesthetic design style with good eye for detail.
Experience in UX/UI design is a definite plus.
Working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design abilities.
Advanced Diploma/Bachelors degree in visual communications or related
