Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate business opportunities in new and existing markets
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Motivate and build sales team to in order to grow business
• Motivate and control sales team undertake initiatives to achieve the quality goals of target
• Follow up, control, motivate sales team to reach targets and report to Managing Director

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree/ Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing would be advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Good Command of English skill in Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
• Proficient use of MS Office.
• Good Presentation skills & Motivate skills
• Knowledge negotiation and problem solving skill
