Purpose:

While the Account Director hat is tasked with management and growth of a portfolio of clients, the Head of IDMS hat is tasked to run the IDMS department towards agreed objectives. These combined role is responsible for unlocking our clients’ business opportunities, delivering outstanding client service as well as innovative and ambitious solutions and offerings. Through consultative selling you will create comprehensive, compelling and effective media and content proposals which successfully pair POPS’s leading digital solutions with your client’s unique needs. Your primary clients and prospects will include brand advertisers and media agencies.

Key Accountability:

  • Deliver IDMS department’s objectives around revenue from client, establishing POPS in the industries and manage and grow the IDMS team.
  • Leverage POPS capabilities and expertise (strategy, services & data/insights) to bring innovative media and creative solutions to newly acquired and existing clients while deepen relationship to ensure retention and growth
  • Immerse self and team in new/exiting clients' business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, industry; also knowing their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like
  • Responsible for clients' billing activity, budgeting, expense tracking and management to ensure financial portion of POPS relationship with client is accurate and operates correctly and also maintain an accurate pipeline report at all time
  • Be expert on current in trends and developments in online advertising and related industries. Expect to represent POPS (speakers or active participants) in industry activities
  • Exhibit leadership across IDMS teams and POPS while Support and utilize other teams in the company to achieve common company goals

  • Ability to think strategically and identify and resolve problems in a client-centric environment
  • Understand digital, agency, content-led marketing, social network
  • Great sales and presentation skills with good command in English
  • Entrepreneurship spirit, tech-savvy
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with financial data and budgets
  • Strong technical understanding of digital performance marketing i.e. Paid, Owned and Earned products and services such as Content Marketing, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Management (organic & community focus) and Display Marketing
