Job description:

Creative Director – a unique individual who combines creativity and technical knowhow to create unforgettable experiences, extraordinary designs and thought-provoking campaigns.

The successful candidate will be developing exciting events, launches, branding and marketing communications projects for a portfolio of clients and work with the account management team to exceed client objectives. This role is a fantastic opportunity for a creative industry professional looking to work in a stimulating and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and develop creative concepts and provide guidance on creative aspects during implementation of events, branding and marketing communications campaigns.
• Direct and motivate designers
• Work closely with the account servicing teams to pitch for new accounts and to continuously provide creative input for the maintenance of existing accounts
• Focus on brand activation projects which may be in the form of exhibitions, performances or events which may take place in Bangkok or other locations around Thailand

Requirements:

We are seeking a person who will be provided with an environment where he/she will be encouraged to excel in his/her creative potential while at the same time, knows how to work within the limits of practical parameters determined by the client and operating conditions. Relevant industries exposure and good working knowledge of multimedia are essential. The successful candidate should possess:

• University Degree major in creative subject
• At least 8 years working experience in a design agency or agency involved in providing creative solutions
• Strong network of contacts in creative industry
• Ability to write and present innovative proposals
• Self-motivated and creative, excited by challenge
• Knowledgeable of media technologies and experience integrating social media to further enhance projects will be an asset
• Excellent communication / presentation skills are a must
• Team player and good inter-personal skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English
