CRE8 Foundation, an international NGO working with kids from all over the world to produce collaborative art projects, is looking for a Volunteer Manager. This position includes communication with all interested volunteers for our workshops and exhibitions, organization of past present and future volunteer talent and the upkeep of our international contact database. The Volunteer Manager would work closely with the Communication Department Manager and under the supervision of the Production Department Manager to organize and maintain this program. This is a volunteer position for a not for profit organization, would require between 5-10 hours per week and can be fulfilled regardless of geographical location.

Responsibilities:

-      Responding to initial inquiries from volunteers, interns and partners with form letters and questionnaires.

-      Filtering all interested parties to the proper department heads when extended communication is necessary.

-      Continually updating our international talent database

-      Helping to refine systems by which volunteers are assigned to workshops and exhibitions.

-      Assigning volunteer groups with heads to conduct project assignments and returning results to the Production and Communication Departments.

-      Following up with form letters to all volunteer participants at the conclusion of our workshops and exhibitions.

-      Following the process of other volunteers while they are conducting workshops, answering questions they may have and be able to respond to all technical questions that may arise.

Requirements:

-      Excellent Written English skills (other languages welcomed but not required)

-      An understanding of basic database management

-      A background in and passion for volunteerism

-      Great organizational abilities

-      Strong networking skills
