Responsibilities 

- Develop and implement Range Presentation, efficient and effective store communication, supporting self choice and self serve 
- Optimise the store layout, understanding of people needs and wants 
- Take responsibility for ordering the materials and racking used in the construction of displays. 
- Analyse CSI, Brand Capital and other visitor’s feedback and use these to improve visitor’s store experiences, converting them into satisfied customers. 
- Work with the Interior Designer and the Graphic Communication to ensure consistency in communicating throughout the store. 
- Actively support and develop cooperation with sales and logistics through working closely together, share knowledge and respect each other’s responsibilities to present the range in the most commercial, inspire and aesthetic way. 

Qualification 

- 1-5 years experience working as visual merchandiser from retail companies or industrial design education qualification 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build working relationships 
- Able to plan, present, and implement the range and share knowledge/learnings 
- Creative, commercial visual competence with a keen eye for aesthetics 
- Proven ability to visually express the brand identity of a company 
- Self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a larger team 
- Able to use Auto CAD program 
- Computer literacy and good command of English (both spoken & written)
