Content would be in Thai.  The person should have an interest and passion in reading blogs, online magazines, surfing the internet; and even have an interest in becoming a Net Idol themselves.

But should be able to read/ write English [does not have to be fluent, but fluent is definitely a PLUS].

Graphic Design, Photoshop and CSS skills are a PLUS!
