/Who are we looking for?

* A full time Senior Graphic Designer to join our vibrant team.

* Over 3+ years experience with exceptional skill in AI (Adobe Illustrator) and PSD (Adobe Photoshop).

* An ability to working in versatile design format from prints, packaging design, to digital design.

* Have a passion for brand design and design trends.

* Experience in brand design will be specially considered.

/What you will do?

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will ….

* Working with the creative team to create “out-of-the-box” ideas and implement the design experiences, by hand or using computer software (especially AI & PSD), to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate the end-customers.

* Championing human-centered design approach and creating exceptional design experiences that empathise with the customer’s needs and the client’s expectation.

* Applying innovative thinking, along with, different artistic and design techniques to executing the design outcomes in response to a design brief and customer requirements

* Supervising junior team members.

* Managing and working with suppliers to execute design within the cost constraints.

* Presenting finalised ideas and design outcomes to the clients and the team.

/Beside your hard skills, what else are we like to see?

You will need to show:

* Championing the design thinking process and collaborating with the team of multidisciplinary.

* Good communication & presentation skill with the confidence to explain and sell your ideas to the clients and the team.

* Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time.

* Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs

* Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs.

* Self-driven and showing passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.
