Development Manager (aka Head of Technology)

Qualification:
- age not over 31
- 3-6 years experience in web-based development field
- strong experience in website CMS and customized web-based system & application
- master in both frontend and server-side programming
- some experience with Facebook app and Facebook integration
- natural leader and a team player
- moderate English skill (good reading & basic written communication)
 
Roles:
- oversee our development team
- create an effective CMS platform
- provide consultation to strategist and designer
- study requirement and find suitable solution
- communicate with hosting providers and client's IT when required
- work with outsource team (if needed)
- solve any development problem
