Translator (Thai-Japanese)

Responsibilities:

• Part of a dynamic team of professional translators.
• Translate documents and voice record Japanese to Thai and Thai to Japanese.
• Maintain consistently high quality and accurate translations.
• Support document making and summary.
• Ensure translation and content projects are realized on time and to required quality.
• Handling incoming telephone calls.
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide friendly, professional and caring service.
• Keep customers information updated within a reasonable timeframe.
• Support the team in communication and interpretation.
• Coordinate accurate information with team based on project requirements.
• Coordinate with related person on daily operating works.
• Maintain strong teamwork within the team.
• Responsible for temporary assigned works by the team.

Qualification:

• Thai nationality, Male or Female age not over 30 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree graduate in Business Japanese or related field.
• 1-3 years working experience in translation and interpretation.
• Fluent in Japanese and Thai in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
• Strong translating and interpreting skills in both Japanese and Thai.
• Japanese test level N2 up.
• Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
• Sound knowledge of tourism business and online business would be advantage.
• Careful, detailed personality with good cheerful disposition.
• Strong analytical mind and excellent management information skills.
• Flexibility, high responsibility and able to work independently under time constraint.
• Able to work under pressure with good working attitude and a good team player.
