Job brief

Our digital team is looking for an ambitious Online Writer to help us generate terrific content for thailandtatler.com, the destination for Thailand’s leading sophisticates.

The ideal candidate will be innovative, creative, and have a solid knowledge of premium lifestyle as well as experience in digital publishing and/or magazines. You’ll be working as part of a new team in rebranding and growing our online and social presence.  

Responsibilities

• Staying abreast of new trends in fashion, travel, society, events, luxury lifestyle for the premium audience.
• Ability to identify news, information and stories that are ahead of the curve and inform editorial staff and audience through pitching and thoughtful content strategies.
• Understand how the social media landscape works and help post stories to Brand’s Social Media outlets.
• Assist editors with daily tasks such as copy editing and posting of magazine stories in the CMS.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of the team’s editorial calendar.

Requirements

• Excellent English-writing skills
• Light knowledge of Photoshop and photo editing skills a plus.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas
• Hard working with the experience of performing within a small team, self-managed with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated with team spirit, open-minded and innovative.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, keep track of details, work under pressure and deliver task on time.

Qualifications

• Thai nationality
• Bachelor’s degree
• Portfolio or work sample is required.
