Senior Digital Media Planner

Role and Responsibility:

-Develop Digital and Social Media Plan to promote Music / Artist for new song release by utilizing paid / owned / earned media channels.

-Work closely with Data Analytics Team to analyze and to provide recommendation to Marketing Communication Team to test and implement / optimize the plan.

-Provide creative recommendation on the current materials to drive asset utilization and promote in all channels.

-Ability to create a creative plan within limited budget to promote Music / Artist to make it HIT in the market.

-Develop monthly trend and industry case study to share to the team to inspire and drive opportunity for new business opportunity.

-You may have an opportunity to work on new initiatives to drive new business opportunities from GMM Digital and Social Media channels.

Qualifications:

-3-5 years in Internet / Digital & Social Media agencies/companies.

-Highly strategic and capable of driving internal stakeholders to a consensus on important issues.

-Board and deep dive knowledge of Digital and Social Media, especially online Advertising, YouTube, Facebook, LINE and Website.

-Solid knowledge of website/social media analytics tools and Social Media Insight Data Analysis (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insight, YouTube Insight, etc.)

-Proven track record with high standards of professionalism.

-Professional demeanor and ability to present in front of management and other groups within GMM Grammy.

-Experience developing strong internal and external working relationships.

-Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized.

-Deep understanding of the complex and constantly evolving Digital/traditional media landscape, including the product, technology and device side of it, and an associated network of contacts across the industry.

-BA/BS required, MBA/JD preferred.
