Key role of this position is to lead and synergize 3 key functions in the digital team: Web optimization, Social media and CRM. Strategically, the whole digital services perform the key supporting role and are the key portal to a business. The function will be working closely with Marketing,PR, and Regional team to roll out campaigns/activities both thematic and tactical.
- WEB/SEM/SEO
- As majority of the sales comes from website, so it's treated as the storefront where most of the communications,
- promotions and the selling transactions will happen. Basically, here are the roles and responsibility:
- * Come up with strategic directions to improve, maintain, resolve the web-related issues in order to create highest satisfaction from the customers booking through website.
- * Improve, maintain and resolve web-related issues to maximize the successful booking transaction on web.
- * Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
- * Oversee the team to manage content and website aesthetic to ensure the traffic, attractiveness, and relevant context.
- * Maximize the conversion rates at all online touch-points leading to the website
- * Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns.
- * Utilize a range of techniques including pad search (SEM), and work closely with regional team on SEO.
- * Manage online branding and campaigns to raise brand awareness
- * Be reponsible for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing.
- * Review ne technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. i.e. mobile apps, Line, etc.
- Social Media
- * Oversee the social media strategy for the company.
- * Strategize networks as the tool to build company as the top-of-mind brand among the target.
- * Position social media as the first point to touch base with company news
- * Enable exclusivity to the fan bases evolving with social networks.
- * Drive fan bases to maximize the brand exposure.
- * Drive engagement with th fans through the contents, mood&tone to create bonding with the brand among the target.
- * Know how to manage crisis on the social media as another contact point from customers
- CRM
- * Provide the directions and strategies to effectively utilize customer database to drive the total revenue to the business.
- * Strategize the use of database to understand customer behaviors and route nature as the products to be driven more effectively and insightfully.
- * Set up and enable the performance tracking and reporting system to improve the campaigns effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female, 32-45 years old, Thai Nationality
- Master degree in business administration or in any related field is preferable.
- Minimum bachelor's degree required.
- At least 8 years working experience in the area of digital marketing.
- Have operational experience in deploying digital marketing, SEM, SEO & CRM maketing on a large scale basis and/ or having played a role product development and management within an online/mobile operator would be advantageous.
- Experienced in leveraging web-base technology infrastructure to roll out alternative service chanels.
- Must be a self-motivated and has proven success in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication in English (written and Oral) and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
