Senior Digital Creative

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

-Working closely with Creative &Strategy & Media team and collaborating with other Group Heads

-Senior Digital Creative role covers creative bass on strategic, media and consumer insights

-Demonstrates leadership and/or a proven record of success in roles of designing and creating deliverables that support  the  execution of digital business strategy.

-Develop and execute concept across integrated media channel  including mobile, social, web, email, online advertising, direct mail, to offline

-Continually review and constructively critique proposed creative solutions to ensure they are on brand and meet the brief.

-Lead brainstorming sessions creatively  

-Exemplary communications and presentation skills

-Fostering innovation among other members of the design team (recommending team training opportunities and mentoring educational seminars upon request)

-Stay up-to-date with current creative industry, marketing and digital trends and developments to help inform and develop exciting and innovative solutions to client briefs

DESIRED SKILLS

-3-5+yrs experience in Digital Creative Agency (Age range 25-30 yrs)

-Advance skills in the preparation of conceptual design and execution respond to strategic planning and brand 

-Ability to think imaginatively around a brief, and to inspire and mentor your team to do the same

-A creative thinker and idea generator, with proven experience of creating original concepts and exciting campaigns across online and offline channels.

-A genuine passion for all design related with a relentless desire to push the boundaries of design.

At least one of these following

 • An excellent presentation outlining with written and communication skills (TH/ENG) as well as Some copywriting skills - e.g. campaign headlines and support statements and creative rationale.

 • Moderate Mac knowledge and skills in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign essential.
