Grip Work is one of our business units as part of Contour group providing tenant management and space leasing for our clients of commercial areas and malls. We're looking for a person who will perform account management and sales task in giving advice regarding leasing, space, restaurants, retails, trends, lifestyle and similar topics for sales.

Qualifications,

- Female, aged not over 28 years old with a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business Management or a related field

- No direct experience in tenant management required. A person with AE or sales experience in projects or services like advertising, branding, property or other service based business are preferred

- Result-oriented, target achievement, negotiation skill and strong interest in lifestyle, trends and malls

- Very good personality and good English
